Last Friday I attended Full Frame Festival where I watched the documentary “When China met Africa,” a film portraying the experiences of three men: the Zambian Minister of Trade and Commerce as he travels to China to negotiate with potential investors, and two Chinese men working in Zambia, one as a farmer and the other as a project manager for a multinational company that has won the contract for rebuilding the longest road in Zambia.
